TSAI

From voice
to cut list.

Describe a room. TSAI Millwork computes every cabinet and exports a shop-ready cut list, buy list, and signed contract — from your phone.

What TSAI does

Software that works
like you do.

Deterministic, bilingual tools for trade businesses — built for the job site.

Automated cabinet layouts

Your measurements become manufacturable plans.

Voice-first input

Talk through the room — Story Sticks capture measurements, anchors, and cabinet requests.

Ready-to-build output

Cut list, buy list with hardware SKUs, and a signed contract — one tap export.

Built for trades: carpenters, remodelers, cabinet shops, installers.

How it works

Three steps. No black box.

Deterministic engine. Same input → same output every time. Every number traces back to your measurement or a published standard.

1

Describe the job

Talk into your phone. Room dimensions, plumbing locations, what cabinets you need. Bilingual EN / ES.

2

The engine runs

Our deterministic engine places every cabinet, resolves corners and clearances. No AI computes manufacturing math.

3

Get your package

Cut list. Buy list with hardware SKUs. Signed client contract. Installer-ready elevation drawings.

Deterministic: every number traces back to your measurement or a published standard.

TSAI Millwork

Every cabinet. Every dimension.
Every sheet. In minutes.

Describe a room. The engine places every cabinet and exports a shop-ready package — cut list, buy list with hardware SKUs, and a signed contract.

  • 9 room types. Kitchen, bathroom, laundry, closet, garage, pantry, entertainment, office, mudroom — each with its own dimensional standards (AWS, NKBA, CEDIA, ANSI/BIFMA).
  • Custom or RTA. Bespoke cabinetry with dado joinery and face frames, or modular stock snapped to 3" increments. You pick the mode.
  • 21 cabinet types. Base, drawer base, sink base, upper, glass upper, tall, corners, pantry pull-outs, lazy Susan, trash and spice pull-outs, wine rack, appliance garage and lift, open shelving, end panel, knee space, soffit, mud bench, lockers.
  • Full part decomposition. Every cabinet breaks into sides, bottoms, backs, shelves, doors, drawer boxes, toe kicks, and nailers — cutting dimensions adjusted for edge banding and joinery.
  • Shop-ready hardware schedule. Blum hinges sized by door height (BHMA Grade II), KV or Blum slides, 5mm/32mm shelf pins, GRK screws, adjustable legs.
  • Sheet optimization. Guillotine-cut 2D bin packing with kerf compensation and grain direction — 4×8, 4×9, 4×10, 5×5.
  • Renovation & multi-shape. Frozen utility anchors, scribe fillers, and out-of-plumb walls — in single, L, U, galley, island, peninsula, and G layouts.
  • Voice-first. Story Sticks capture measurements and requests by voice, EN/ES with code-switching. Edit the layout by voice — "make the sink base 36 inches."
  • Deterministic engine. Over 1,000 automated tests. Same input, same output. No AI computes manufacturing math.

FAQ

Quick answers.

Is TSAI a parent company or a tool?
TSAI is the parent company. TSAI Millwork is our first product. More to come.
What happens to my data?
Your measurements, client info, and plans are yours. We don't train AI on your work. We don't sell data. Read our privacy policy.
Does this work outside the US?
Yes. Millwork supports US imperial (inches) and metric. Spanish language support throughout. Mexico and Latin America compatible.
How does Millwork handle voice input?
You talk. It listens. The engine turns your words into cabinet placements and dimensions. No AI computes your measurements — every number is deterministic and traceable.
What cabinet standards does Millwork follow?
Millwork follows AWS (Architectural Woodwork Standards) for cabinet construction. Face-frame and frameless. 21 cabinet types across 9 room types. Hardware specs match industry-standard catalogs.
